1. People
There are two diverse approaches to building your contact base, Online
marketing or Offline marketing. Whatever style you decide on, your contacts are your most indispensable resources. Who are your contacts you may ask? Well, If you decide to develop your business primarily Offline, then those people would be your next door neighbor, your realtor, your mortgage broker, or anyone you come into make contact with with. ask people that are in your intimate circle to take a look at what your opportunity offers as far as a product or service. Even if they don't enlist in your business right away, they will be more apt to be of assistance to jump start your business in an effort to help you out. Just remember that people can detect you a mile away if your objective is to "convince" them. Build that friendship through trust. If you decide on Online marketing, you must start to build relationships with people. Social media (facebook, myspace, youtube, etc…) is a critical way to get to know people and develop a relationship with them. regularity is the key. 2. Seek after the appropriate people
If you're just starting your network marketing business, it will be tempting to
recruit anyone with a breath. If you were the President of a million dollar
company would that be your mindset? No way! If you plan to create a
thriving business, you need the perfect people. Look for people that are motivated and have unconcealed passion. If you have to beg people to join your business, you'll have to beg them to stay.

3. Believe in your product
Before you can single-mindedly tell others about your product, your MUST trust in it yourself. Why would someone want to link up with you if you're not even passionate about what you're offering? When choosing a network business, you must take into consideration the product (ie...make sure you're smoking what you're selling)

4. Don't be forceful
When you're trying to seal the deal, don't be the used car salesman. Not only is that aggravating, but that will most likely push them away all together. When you care more about your customer's satisfaction, they will care more about your opportunity. Remember that old saying, "people don't care how much you know until they know how much you care".

5. Practice determination
Network marketing is hard work and it takes time. Perseverance is a virtue.
The goal is not just to make money, but to put together a sturdy foundation of residual income. That doesn't happen overnight and it will take some time, but whatever you do, don't give up.

6. Evolve
Don't be fearful of transformation, embrace it. Today's society is constantly changing. If you intend to be ahead of the curve, try out new marketing strategies. Don't be satisfied thinking that your format at recruiting will forever be valuable. When you stop learning, you stop leading and when you stop leading, you become a follower. People don't follow followers, they follow leaders.
